Accomodation
The guest cottage is suitable for 4 persons. It consists of 2 bedrooms, large lounge/diner, kitchen, bathroom.
All utensils, towels, bed linen etc. are provided. Private parking is on site. Two mountain bikes are available for hire. We supply fresh vegetables and wine in season atlow cost.

Main floor:
Large living and dining room with a traditional Italian tiled floor and featuring a large stone fireplace. Double doors leading to a splendid tiled terrace which overlooks the Fino river valley and hillside woodland.
A large screen TV with DVD. A music system. We have an extensive music and reading library for your perusal.
A spiral staircase leads down to the main bedroom.
A fully fitted Italian kitchen. The kitchen also has double doors leading to a small terrace with views of the river valley and woodlands.
Outside there is a traditional Italian pizza and bread oven and BBQ.
Basement:
An extra large double bedroom consisting of a queen sized double bed, double wardrobe, leather settee and dressing table. Double doors lead to the basement courtyard.
Bathroom consisting of shower, toilet and wash basins. Outside door leads to basement courtyard.
A separate bedroom across the courtyard from the main bedroom consisting of a single bed, double wardrobe and dressing table.
A courtyard and terrace with views of the river valley and woodlands.
An outside shower for those hot Italian summer days.
